As I reflect on my time at Kampala International University (KIU), I am filled with gratitude and pride. My experience at KIU was transformative, shaping my future endeavors and instilling in me the skills, knowledge, and values that have enabled me to make a positive impact in the world.

 During my three years at KIU as a Bachelor of Human Resource Management student, I had the privilege of serving as a Class Coordinator and the General Secretary of the Human Resources Students Association. These leadership roles honed my organizational and communication skills, teaching me the importance of teamwork, adaptability, and strategic planning.

The knowledge and skills I acquired at KIU have been invaluable in my post-graduation pursuits. After completing my studies in 2024, I founded Cosmic Impact Wave Foundation (CIWF) a non-profit organization dedicated to driving transformative change for vulnerable children, women, and youths by focusing on empowering them through education, skills development, leadership training, self-awareness and advocacy; fostering a more just, equitable and sustainable world for all.  Through this organization, I have applied the principles of human resource management, leadership, and entrepreneurship that I learned at KIU.

In addition to my work with the Cosmic Impact Wave Foundation, I have also ventured into entrepreneurship, leveraging the skills and knowledge I gained at KIU to establish a business. My experience at KIU taught me the importance of innovation, resilience, and continuous learning, all of which have been essential in my entrepreneurial journey.

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to have studied at KIU. The university's commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and community engagement has had a profound impact on my life and career. I am proud to be an alumnus of KIU and will always cherish the memories and experiences I had during my time at the university.
